I agree to follow all PDGA rules during tournament and understand that failure to do so will result in disciplinary action to include disqualification. I hereby release the Tournament Directors, Staff, PDGA, SADL, US Forest Service, SSRC, Intrawest, and all sponsors form all liability for any injuries I may incur during practice or competition while participating in The First Annual 2008 Steamboat Open or any other activities connected to the event.
