Thunderhead Disc Golf Course, Steamboat Ski Area

The Thunderhead Disc Golf Course is currently set up and maintained by The Steamboat Area Disc League (S.A.D.L.) which was formed in 2004 to promote the sport of Disc Golf in Northwest Colorado. The course was designed and maintained by S.A.D.L. with the cooperation of Steamboat Ski Area and US Forest Service. WE MUST RENEW OUR REQUEST EACH YEAR for the course to continue. Make sure to send Ski Corp your comments about the course, so they'll hear us!!!

For all of our benefits, please follow these simple rules for play at Thunderhead Disc Golf Course.

• DO NOT ALTER THE COURSE – contact SADL with any suggestions
• PACK IT IN PACK IT OUT – Help us on this one so our course can show its true colors
• CARPOOL whenever possible
• BE CONSCIOUS OF OTHER USERS – Hikers and bikers have the right of way
• BE CONSCIOUS OF WILD LIFE – Moose, Elk, Bear and fox make regular showings. Please yield to them and keep your distance
